Warranty and Service Policy

(1) One-Year Installation Warranty

Home Theater Solutions guarantees each installation with a (1) One Year warranty on all equipment and labor.   We will correct any and all defects at its sole cost and expense.

The (1) One Year Installation Warranty is limited to original customers and does not cover damage caused by users, subcontractors, or acts of God, such as floods, lightning or power surges and tornadoes.

Equipment provided by customers or other service providers (i.e. Time Warner, DirecTV, Dish Network, AT&T UVerse) is not covered by any warranty from Home Theater Solutions, even if installed by us. We will, however, work with you to make sure any issue that arises out of an issue with these devices is  taken care of in a timely fashion. We will also interface on your behalf (with your consent) with these service providers to facilitate a minimal hassle resolution.

Home Theater Solutions Service Fees

Home Theater Solutions service charges (for items that are not covered under the One Year Installation Warranty) are outlined below:

- $75 trip fee plus the additional fees below if applicable
- $75 per hour per man (or $150 per hour for a two-man crew) for all service calls and
- $125 per hour for programming

Full payment is collected at the time of service.

Phase 1

  • We stay on track with the latest products and solutions to give customers the very best experience

Phase 2

Selecting the Products and Components

We guarantee to work with your needs, using the best home theater products, in the most efficient manner, to provide a brilliant experience.

  • We work directly with vendors through trade shows and meetings to learn the latest and greatest home automation and theater products perform
  • We gain hands-on experience with products on the market to find the best performing solutions that are the easiest to use
  • We also learn from the mistakes of others through reworking poor installations and inferior products
